If like me, you, despite being blessed with chiseled abs and a magnetic, while totally non-threatening, boyish charm, are a huge geek, then you will love THIS. I love their films but I’m not a mega fan of Pixar, so I don’t know how much of this is common knowledge, but JimHillMedia (a Disney-focused news site) has answered a question about whether or not WALL-E makes an appearance in RATATOUILLE. And instead of giving a simple ‘yes’ or ‘no’ answer, Hill – stand up guy that he is – gives us a complete history as to the length at which Pixar have gone to embed characters from previous and/or future films, into each production. For example, did you know that the ‘Pizza Planet’ truck (that for example, Buzz ‘borrows’, in TOY STORY 2) appears in every single Pixar feature? Well now you do, and that’s exactly the kind of bananas trivia that you can use to easily pick up chicks at animation conventions, LAN parties and probably Dungeons and Dragons tournaments. Complete with pictorial aids, this is actually one of the most interesting things that I’ve read in a while, so I can’t imagine how hot some of you are gonna get.
Where’s Wall-E?
