Well I know that a lot of you think that the strike of doom probably won’t happen, but these Hollywood types certainly seem to be taking it seriously. ComingSoon have gotten their hands on a memo that is being circulated around major talent agencies which includes all the movies that studios are making a priority before the strike. Most notable? Well for one, Guy Ritchie’s name is listed next to a remake of THE DIRTY DOZEN! The Coen brothers, who are finishing up BURN AFTER READING with the two OCEAN’s boys (Clooney and Pitt) have a project called THE SERIOUS MAN listed for Focus Pictures. And Wolfgang Peterson (TROY) has his name listed next to a project called ALIEN UPRISING. That sounds cool to me, don’t ask me why, I just like uprisings. And sure, it might just be a case of the Stamper’s NASA phenomenon, but I have to assume the people involved are gonna know more about this thing than me: if these guys are worried, then I’m worried. And err something about Rachel Bilson. She still has brown hair.
