It seems like we’ve talked about George Clooney voicing the title character in Wes Anderson’s upcoming animated comedy THE FANTASTIC MR. FOX before but for the goddamn life of me, I can’t seem to find it on the site. Either way, when it was previously announced, The Clooney was merely “in talks” to join the cast but the folks over at Clooney Studio have gone directly to The Clooney’s agent and confirmed that The Clooney has indeed agreed to voice the titular fox alongside Anderson regulars Anjelica Huston, Jason Schwartzman and Cate Blanchett. The Clooney can next be seen having way too much fun in OCEAN’S THIRTEEN, in the legal thriller MICHAEL CLAYTON, in the drama LEATHERHEADS and has recently signed on to the Coen Bros. dramedy BURN AFTER READING.
