Kristina Klebe torments Gene Jones in the trailer for Dementia

Last Updated on August 5, 2021

DEMENTIA, the feature directorial debut of CONTRACTED and CONTRACTED: PHASE II cinematographer Mike Testin, is a film I'm looking forward to with great anticipation. Written by Meredith Berg, the story is about

an aging war veteran who suffers a stroke and is diagnosed with dementia. He is forced by his estranged family to hire a live-in nurse, only to find that she harbors a sinister secret.

Kristina Klebe stars as that sinister nurse, with Gene Jones as the stroke victim in her care. The supporting cast includes Richard Riehle, Marc Senter, Peter Cilella, Graham Skipper, Molly McQueen, Tony Denison, and Hassie Harrison.

IFC Midnight will be giving DEMENTIA a VOD and limited theatrical release on December 4th, and with that date just over two weeks away the marketing has begun. A trailer and poster have been released and can be seen below. From the trailer, it seems like Klebe's character will be getting just as evil and nasty as I have been hoping for.
