I got an email today from the Commander-in-Chief
of horror Arrow about a cool little indie CD featuring horror inspired songs,
and while it’s no GOBLIN, it’s definitely a sweet listen.
If you click
here you can head over to CD Baby, a cool website for indie music
artists. On the site you’ll find an artist named Moes Haven and his horror
inspired album (SH)OC(K)TOBER. The album features songs based on flicks
from the 70’s and 80’s like CHRISTMAS EVIL,
HALLOWEEN ,
THE BEYOND, THE HOUSE ON
SORORITY ROW and many more.
You can actually listen to the songs on the site and they sound pretty cool. In
my personal experience I usually only come across hardcore bands doing songs
about horror flicks, which is cool, but not being a huge fan of hardcore music,
this seems like a cool fit.
