Last Updated on July 30, 2021

A new episode of our THE BEST HORROR MOVIE YOU NEVER SAW series is now available to watch through our JoBlo Horror Videos YouTube channel (check it out and subscribe!) and in the embed above! In this episode, we're taking a look at a movie that some genre fans might have passed on due to its description as a "historical adventure film". It's the 1996 nature run amok thriller THE GHOST AND THE DARKNESS (watch it HERE!)

Directed by Stephen Hopkins (A NIGHTMARE ON ELM STREET: THE DREAM CHILD, PREDATOR 2) from a screenplay by legendary Oscar winner William Goldman, THE GHOST AND THE DARKNESS stars Val Kilmer and Michael Douglas in the story of

a bridge engineer who joins forces with an experienced hunter to track down and kill two lions responsible for attacks on local labourers.

THE GHOST AND THE DARKNESS is a very cool movie, so check out the video embedded above to find out why we think you should give it a chance if you haven't seen it yet.
