ABC eyeing Agent Carter and 2nd season of Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.

JoBloJoBlo

It appears Marvel and ABC are moving forward with an Agent Carter television series. Deadline has learned the show hasn't received a green light yet, but will probably go straight to series, and won't have a pilot like most new shows. The site also says Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. will more than likely be renewed for a second season, and Agent Carter might air in the fall and spring when S.H.I.E.L.D. goes on hiatus.

Hayley Atwell will return for ABC and Marvel's new series, however they are being just as secretive with Agent Carter as they were with Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., so there aren't too many details on the television project. Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. hasn't been a huge success for the network, but I'm really not surprised to hear it'll probably be picked up for a second season.

If Agent Carter is the same series Marvel and ABC are planning on shooting in Vancouver (which I'm 99.9% sure it is), production should start in a couple of months, so we could be hearing more about the new series very soon.

What would you like to see in Marvel and ABC's Agent Carter?
