Ong Bak 2 Trailer!
The kick-ass new trailer for ONG BAK 2: THE BEGINNING has hit the good ol’ internet this week, and it’ll have you begging for more with every kick, punch, and jump that Tony Jaa delivers. Could this shit be any more badass? No. I don’t think so. This sucker’s top-notch action all the way, baby!
For those who need to know, ONG BACK 2 goes like this: Martial arts superstar Tony Jaa stars in and directs this epic tale of revenge set hundreds of years in the past. Featuring a huge cast and hordes of elephants, this prequel takes Jaa’s skills to the next level, showcasing him as a master of a wide range of martial arts styles – while proving him to be a promising director as well.
Get ready for that shit in theaters everywhere October 23rd. In the meantime, enjoy the trailer below and prepare to kick some tail.
Cliffhanger 2???
A name known to the horror genre is Fred Dekker, the man who brought us such epics as THE MONSTER SQUAD and NIGHT OF THE CREEPS. So how’s this for throwing you off your kilter? As reported by FirstShowing.net, Dekker dropped this bomb at a recent screening of MONSTER SQUAD: “I’m currently writing CLIFFHANGER 2.”
As in, that’s Dekker’s next project. What? CLIFFHANGER 2? So the alleged remake we heard about a few months back was not so much a remake but a full-blown sequel? Interesting… very interesting.
Here’s a sequel for ya. Stallone falls off a cliff in the beginning leaving it up to Michael Rooker to kick some ass. Who’s ass? Park rangers and hikers who litter. Hells yeah. Sign me up. And stick around for more CLIFFANGER 2 news as we hear it!
Eagle Path in 2010?!
According to JCVD’s Facebook page, his latest flick THE EAGLE PATH will be up and ready to screen at the American Film Market this November, with hopes to release it (likely on DVD) sometime in 2010.
But when? Whenever they release UNIVERSAL SOLDIER 3, that’s when! From the horses mouth: Of greater relevance is the opening of “Universal Soldier 3”. So that’s the film they’re planning to bounce off of, especially as it will be getting a sizable theatrical release in the States.
SOLDIER goes theatrical, EAGLE PATH rocks it on DVD at the same time. You know what that says to me? We’re about to have a sizable Van Damme sandwich come 2010. Yee-haw! If you’re having some Van Dammage withdraws, never fear… the man has more on the way. Stay tuned for that release date, and (hopefully) the film’s trailer soon!

Today is the day for GI JOE: THE RISE OF COBRA. To celebrate, we’re showing you the real GI JOE trailer that you’ve never seen: completely re-enacted by GI JOE action figures.
The trailer based on the film based on the toys starring toys based on the film. Say that shit 6 times fast. Lots of work and talent went into this thing, and you know what. It rocks! Should have you giggling like a schoolgirl. What better way to say “farewell” to the GI JOE posts in the Action Round-Up than this? That’s right. There is no better way.
Now I’m gonna be waiting for THE ENTIRE MOVIE done with action figures when this shit hits DVD in a few months. Enjoy!
