You’re either for the upcoming sequel to the shitfest known as ALIEN VS PREDATOR, or you’re against it. Considering I loathed the first one, let’s just say I’m not getting my hopes up that AVP2: SURVIVAL OF THE FITTEST is going to be good- or live up to the hype that any ALIEN or PREDATOR film should.
Over the weekend however, Fangoria had a chance to sit down and chat it up with Ian Whyte at the Monster Mania convention – Whyte played the Predator known as ‘SCAR’ in AVP, and will again in the sequel. He had some interesting things to say about the flick thus far, and I’ll be honest… it makes me want to check it out a wee bit more!

Extreme Predator on Alien action? It’s about f*ckin’ time! Let’s also hope that the rumors that this installment will be rated R are true, as it’s one of the reasons the first one sucked the big one. Plus, Greg and Colin Strause seem to know what they’re doing, and seem to have vision… unlike Paul WS Anderson, who doesn’t even know his ass from a whole in the ground.
