Our German friends over at BlairWitch.de have given us a scoop concerning – not coincidentally me thinks – BLAIR WITCH PROJECT co-director Eduardo Sanchez’s upcoming horror flick, SEVENTH MOON.
Cutie Amy Smart and, um, guy Tim Chiou have joined the project, about which little is known, other than it takes place in China and tells of a honeymooning couple who encounter some bad business during the seventh lunar month.
Sanchez, whose last film was the alien abduction flick ALTERED (which I’ve never seen but The Arrow’s review sure makes me want to), has said SEVENTH MOON sports a creepy Blair Witch vibe. Sounds promising, and I’ve honestly always rooted for Sanchez and Dan Myrick after the madness that surrounded BLAIR WITCH’s release.
