we thought we were seeing some new images from OPEN WATER 2, a flick that seemed to pop out of nowhere. And it didn’t just seem that way, it really did- as they were actually pictures from ADRIFT, which is lost at sea terror trip. Though after seeing the all new trailer, I can see the comparisons.
reports that ADRIFT is about a yacht full of hot babes and shirtless dudes, out boozin’ and sailin’ for a weekend of fun in the sun. But while swimming in the middle of the buttf*ck ocean, they realize they forgot to put the ladder down and are all stuck in the water… and they’re vacation turns to terror.
To me, it actually looks a whole helluva lot better than OPEN WATER, and so I hope they keep the original title, and not try to make a few bucks using the other name because frankly, that will only hurt this gem.
