Here’s a brief but fun little clip from NEVER SLEEP AGAIN, the NIGHTMARE ON ELM STREET documentary, courtesy of FEARnet, which has Mick Garris, William Malone and Robert Englund all talking about “Freddy’s Nightmares”, the uber-cheesy television show that ran for a couple years in the late-80s. I’ve caught a few re-runs of the show on Chiller and my god is it ever terrible. (I mean, really, really terrible.)
The highlight of this clip is seeing Englund, dressed as Freddy, calling Malone’s 15-year-old daughter a bitch in a personalized Birthday message. Freddy always was a classy dude! Check it out for yourself below…
