Another Hood

If you’re like me, gangsta’s and the hood are generally a strange fit when it comes to horror movies. Whether it’s LEPRECHAUN: BACK 2 DA HOOD, or Snoop Dogg in BONES, these flicks are less scary, and more funny. And that ain’t a bad thing!

And who can forget TALES FROM THE HOOD, with it’s fun stories and quirky characters (and talk about some imaginitive deaths!). Well Fangoria found out that Darin Scott, co-writer and producer of HOOD is currently developing another multistory horror feature over at Lions Gate.

The new project? THE HOOD THAT DRIPPED BLOOD! Now, he didn’t say whether or not it was a sequel to TALES, but it’s definately in the same vein- fun, horror, and gangsta’s!


No word how far along BLOOD is, but you know we’ll be keepin’ ya posted! How great would it be if Snoop-A-Loop dipped his fingers into horror again? Even if just a cameo role…
