Argento Does Hitchcock

Dario Argento fan site Dark Dreams has posted a bunch of stills from his made-for-television film,TI PIACE HITCHCOCK (Do You Like Hitchcock?). Sure it’s TV, but it’s also Dario Argento! Nice moody stills, which are a little dark, but still show the master’s typical use of bold colors and images.

The $2 million film is planned to be the first entry in a 6 episode series for Italian RAI TV. That’s the bad news. The good news is that if they drop $12 mil on the series, you can bet your butt that they’ll knock it out on DVD, thus allowing Argento fans from around the world to enjoy the man’s latest offering.
