Did anyone else really like The Fourth Kind?
“So I Netflixed The Fourth Kind the other day, not expecting much, but hot damn I ended up really liking it. The scenes where the alien was “talking” through the hypnosis were pretty fucking terrifying, mostly because the voice sounded scary as shit. It also helps that alien abduction movies, etc. have always scared the shit out of me since I was a kid. The only thing that pissed me off was the sheriff. I know everything seemed unexplainable, but could he really be that much of a dick? Especially when he seemed to already know that.”

“I just got finished watching this and it seemed to take forever and a day. Abominable. Nobody seems to find these strange occurrences… all that strange. Even Jimmy Smitts. I’m sure the novel would be a pretty kickass read but trying to turn this into a network television offering was a mistake. There’s no tension to be felt anywhere in the entire three hours.”
What horror film would you LIKE to see remade
“Personally, I don’t mind if any movie is remade, for me, what makes it or breaks it is the execution (no pun intended). However, in terms of THIS thread, I would like to ask you, what horror film that you have seen that was for the most part rather lackluster, you wouldn’t mind seeing being redone and hopefully have it’s original faults remedied?”
