“For me, this is the movie I want to see, after Batman 3 that is. I was a big fan of the series, and even though I liked 3, you knew it was not Williamson who had written it. With him given a lot of time off, and a good size gap from 3, I hope they can recapture the magic of the original series.”

“I actually liked the trailer, some shots made me really uneasy and there’s not much more you can ask for from a preview for a horror movie. I’m not the biggest Eli Roth fan but so what, the film looks good so I’ll definitely be seeing it.”

“Cigarette Burns— Here’s the thing- it could have been an awesome, scary movie. It didn’t quite make it. Instead we have fake blood, poor acting, cheesy dialog, and we never actually get to see Le Fin de la Monde, the movie that the film is about. I wanted to like it. I thought it was a great premise- the idea that good or evil could actually be captured on film in a life changing way. But the execution was poor and I wasn’t convinced. I would actually love to see John Caprenter do a remake, longer with more thought put into the story line “
