Now that Imagi Studios is presumably on more stable financial ground, it’s likely we’ll get to see their upcoming ASTRO BOY adaptation as planned so fans of the anime series should breathe a sigh of relief. The film centers on the titular robot boy who’s formed by a scientist in the image of a child he lost but when the robot becomes a renowned superhero, things slowly start to deteriorate and lots of emotional stuff happens.
