August poster

AUGUST is a peculiar film for me because it was directed by a woman who I engaged in fornication with. Well not really, but two years ago I slept with a girl from Austin, Texas, and AUGUST was directed by someone named Austin Chick. The film, which just screened at Sundance, is about two internet entrepreneurs trying to keep it together as the market crashes in August of 2001, a month before you-know-what happened. The film stars Josh Hartnett, Naomie Harris (28 DAYS LATER), David Bowie, Robin Tunney, and Rip Torn. Check out the poster BELOW in which Hartnett makes me want to light up a butt right now.
