Barry Bostwick, John Landis, & Joe Dante join Tales of Halloween; first pic

Back in October we learned that Epic Pictures Group had come aboard to finance and produce the anthology TALES OF HALLOWEEN, which will collect ten segments from eleven directors, all set in a sleepy American suburb terrorized by ghouls, aliens, and killers one Halloween night. Darren Lynn Bousman, Axelle Carolyn, Adam Gierasch, Andrew Kasch, Neil Marshall, Lucky McKee, Mike Mendez, Dave Parker, Ryan Schifrin, John Skipp, and Paul Solet will each be at the helm of a segment of the anthology, and now we've learned who we can expect to see onscreen.

Deadline is sharing that ROCKY HORROR PICTURE SHOW icon Barry Bostwick, horror staple Lin Shaye, and BIG ASS SPIDER star Greg Grunberg has signed on for the pic, while the likes of Joe Dante, John Landis, Mick Garris, Stuart Gordon, Adrienne Barbeau, and Adam Green are expected to stop in for cameos. Bostwick can be seen above in the first pic above.

Even more names and familiar faces have joined this badass sounding project, including Pat Healy (CHEAP THRILLS), Alex Essoe (STARRY EYES), Booboo Stewart, Keir Gilchrist (IT FOLLOWS), Noah Segan, Pollyannna McIntosh (THE WOMAN), James Duval (DONNIE DARKO), Kristina Klebe (HALLOWEEN), Marc Senter, Jose Pablo Cantillo ('The Walking Dead'), Grace Phipps (DARK SUMMER), Sam Witwer, and Graham Skipper.

I was already excited about TALES FROM HALLOWEEN, but with so many horror faves lined up for this badboy I can honestly say that this anthology project has jumped up to being one of my most anticipated films. That's quite the impressive line up, both in front of and behind the camera!

More on TALES OF HALLOWEEN as we hear it!
