If I lived in Toronto this week and I didn’t have a job, my dream may have actually come true. Director Darren Lynn Bousman is looking for some 200 extras to volunteer as audience members for the filming of REPO! THE GENETIC OPERA, starting tomorrow through Thursday, for a total of 8 hours each day. That’s right, if you own a tuxedo or formal attire and are looking to sit and watch the filming of a movie (and get free lunch), and you live in Toronto, this may just be your lucky day.
And what’s possibly the coolest part of all? The scenes that are planning to be shot those days feature none other than Paris Hilton, screaching… I mean, singing her heart out. That either made you put your tuxedo back in the closet… or bought the next plane ticket to Toronto – I know if I didn’t have any else to do, I’d be seeing about being there tomorrow.
