The last update we gave you all on John Landis’ BURKE AND HARE came back at the beginning of February, where we got a look at the full cast list for the film. Well roughly a month later and we’ve got another fun BURKE AND HARE update for all of you!
Today’s update is strictly of the ‘behind the scenes’ variety! You see not only do we have a look at a handful of BURKE AND HARE behind the scenes shots for you all today, but we’ve also got a short behind the scenes video! Nice! All caught up? Good. So what’s the deal? You stoked for BURKE AND HARE? Do these behind the scenes goods have you excited or could you care less? I don’t know about you guys but I don’t see the trio of Landis and stars Simon Pegg and Andy Serkis bringing us anything short of amazing. Along with Pegg and Serkis the film’s outstanding cast also includes Isla Fisher (below), Tim Curry, Tom Wilkinson, John Cleese, Stephen Merchant and Pollyanna McIntosh among many others. Based on the true story about the famous murderers, ‘Burke And Hare’ follows the hapless exploits of these two men as they fall into the highly profitable business of providing cadavers for the medical fraternity in Nineteenth Century Edinburgh, then the centre of medical learning. The one thing they were short of was bodies.
