Bigfoot is pissed in this awesome one-sheet for The Lost Coast Tapes

Like any self-respecting horror film I love myself a good monster movie from time to time. Only problem is, there aren’t many out there. You narrow that shite down to monster movies about Sasquatch and you can count them on one hand, if that! So when I stumbled on an intriguing little flick heading our way that brings the legend of Bigfoot to life in new and nightmarish ways… well you can bet your ass I’m going to tell you about it!

I’m talking about a flick called THE LOST COAST TAPES and before we get into this thing let me just say how the newly released one-sheet you see below completely sold me already. Subtle, yet badass. I’m sure I’m not the only one that’ll be impressed by this thing either, so before we even get into the rundown for this one why don’t you scroll down below and check out the goods!

A cynical investigative journalist and his documentary team travel to a remote cabin to debunk a Cryptozoologist’s claim of finding a dead Bigfoot, but their film quickly becomes a record of their life and battle against an unseen horror.

“The Lost Coast Tapes” documents the found footage of a skeptical …journalist who aims to prove there is no such thing as Bigfoot after someone reports they have the body of a dead sasquatch. The film will take the audience through a thrilling ride of events in the deep, dark forests and countryside of the Lost Coast, and will be sure to leave viewers on the edge of their seat.

Not too shabby, eh? THE LOST COAST TAPES is a found-footage flick coming our way from director Corey Grant and is currently filming on location in Humboldt County in Northern California. It stars Drew Rausch, Ashley Wood (below), Rich McDonald, Frank Ashmore and Noah Weisberg.

So what do you guys think? Sounds like THE LOST COAST TAPES has loads of potential, doesn’t it? As soon as we hear any other updates on this thing you can bet we’ll bring those right over to you. In the meantime you can go ahead and check out the flick’s official Facebook for more info.
