We’ve just received the word on a particular genre offering that may be of interest to you. It’s a thought-provoking labyrinth of emotion called… BITCH SLAP! That’s right, we’ve got bitches and people being slapped all in grand grindhouse glory! I mean, just check out that poster above. Do you even care about what the plot may entail? Well, even though you’re already most likely sold on BITCH, here’s what it’s about:
BITCH SLAP is a post-modern, thinking man’s throwback to the “B” Movie/Exploitation films of the 1950’s – 70’s as well as a loving, sly parody of the same. Inspired by the likes of DRAGSTRIP GIRLS, FASTER PUSSYCAT, KILL, KILL, KUNG FU NUN, and the pantheon of Blacksploitation films, BITCH SLAP will mix girls, guns, outrageous action and jaw-dropping visuals with a message… don’t be naughty!
At its core, BITCH SLAP follows three bad girls (a down-and-out stripper, a drug-running killer and a corporate powerbroker) as they arrive at a remote desert hideaway to extort and steal $200 Million in diamonds from a ruthless underworld kingpin. Things quickly spin out of control as allegiances change, truths are revealed, other criminals arrive for the score, the fate of the world hangs in the balance and they are forced to confront a villain much worse than they ever expected… themselves. It’s the ultimate morality tale as, one by one, they realize the whole she-bang was a set-up and one of them may not even be human…
Whoa. I never thought that a flick called BITCH SLAP would be offering such a deep view. I mean, I’d already wanted to see it, but now I really want to see it! Plus, it’ll be using a story device similar to MEMENTO by illuminating each female character’s back story in reverse. Sounds like some crazy, bad ass shite!
Plus, the three leading ladies (Julia Voth, America Olivo, and Erin Cummings, all 3 are below) are f*cking hot! You must check out the flick’s trailer (click below) as all three characters are initially introduced through a slo-mo shot of their amazingly ample busts! Genius!
BITCH SLAP was directed by Rick Jacobson who co-wrote the script with Eric Gruendemann. In addition to the three ladies, it also stars Lucy Lawless, Kevin Sorbo, Renée O’Connor, Michael Hurst, William Gregory Less, Mark Lutz, Debbie Lee Carrington, and Minae Noji. This BITCH is set to release at the end of this year.
