Our friends over at Creature Corner got some skinny on the proposed remake of BLACK CHRISTMAS, which quite frankly has been hinted at for nearly as long as the holiday itself has been around. However, producer Steven Hoban with Copperheart Entertainment dropped them a line with specifics on the team behind it…and I gotta say it’s pretty awesome news!
“James Wong and Glen Morgan, the writer-producer-director team behind many of The X-Files episodes and feature films such as Final Destination, The One and Willard, will write Black Christmas and Morgan will direct…working with Morgan and Wong, Marc Butan, 2929 Productions, and Adelstein-Parouse in addition to our Canadian co-producers, Copperheart is continuing to play to its strengths of developing and producing theatrical genre films but is now stepping up to studio-level pictures and working with the best talent in the industry.”
