Blasting on to DVD and Blu-ray in May is John Trank’s Chronicle

I am all sorts of excited right now, one of the best films I have seen so far this year is coming to DVD and Blu-ray this May! That film would be CHRONICLE, and it gets even better as the release will come with the theatrical cut and the unrated edition.

I was hoping we’d get to see a different cut of the film, as there was footage in the trailers not seen in the film and it felt as if a few things were missing. I can’t wait to check this out, bring it on I say!

I am a little disappointed there is not a director and writers commentary from Josh Trank and Max Landis, that would have been incredible. You can grab the film on May 15th, which happens to be my mother’s birthday, I wonder if she’ll like this?

Three high school students make an incredible discovery, leading to their developing uncanny powers beyond their understanding. As they learn to control their abilities and use them to their advantage, their lives start to spin out of control, and their darker sides begin to take over.

The film stars Michael B. Jordan, Dane DeHaan, Alex Russell, Michael Kelly and Ashley Hinshaw.
