Blood of Red Riding Hood

Producer, writer, director, and editor Harry Sparks (YOU DON’T KNOW JACK, ALL HALLOWS’ EVE) can now add cinematographer to his repertoire, as he assumes all 5 duties for his newest erotic-horror outing ROTKAPPCHEN: THE BLOOD OF RED RIDING HOOD, which shelves on DVD tomorrow (Oct. 27).

Shot stateside in Maryland, Pennsylvania and Virginia – and abroad in Austria, Germany, Italy and Switzerland – Sparks melds German and English dialogue in a story which:

Follows Rose (Stefani Geils), a precocious German 17 year old, as her mother brings her from Germany to live with her grandmother in America. Although she is happy to see her grandmother, Rose hates her new life: she misses her friends back in Germany and she is teased and ridiculed by the other students at school.

Rose can only find comfort in her tattered book of fairy tales until she meets and develops a crush on Nick (Phil Gibson), the most popular guy at school, and is befriended by Summer (Sativa Verte), a beautiful sexy coed. But things become complicated as Rose is tormented by Nick’s girlfriend Bridgette (Nicole Leigh Vuono), and the once quiet town finds itself rattled by a series of gruesome, mysterious murders…

Boasting the tagline “Not all fairytales are for children,” THE BLOOD OF RED RIDING HOOD promises to be an awesome blend of sex, blood, violence, romance, and all things unabashedly macabre. And if the first image that pops into your head when hearing those words together is TWILIGHT (we feel sorry for you), take note that this flick is getting the Special Unrated Edition, which means it should kick some serious backside!

Aside the ones mentioned above, the flick stars Savannah Costello, Daniela Glenn, Sheena M. Norris, Chris O’Brocki, Kerri Taylor, Debbie D, Sibylla Otte and Natalia Menocal.
