Oh baby! We’ve got another Bigfoot (movie) sighting! And this one is actually bringing something extra to the dinner table: the aspect of 3D!! That’s right, hold onto your hairy hineys because here comes THE BLOODY RAGE OF BIGFOOT. And yes, this will be in 3D even though it is still most definitely a low-budgeted indie. It’s coming our way from filmmaker, James Baack, who hopefully has a few movie tricks (as well as some spare cash) us his sleeve.
As of now, not much is known about BLOODY RAGE plot-wise (what would we really need to know anyway). However, if you check out its official site here, I believe you’ll still learn at least a couple of cool things. For instance, you’ll find a collection of silly pics, like the one below, predicated with an explanation that reads: These here are some photos from one of the shoots of “The Bloody Rage of Bigfoot”, They feature James Baack as the monster, Louis Diaz and Michael Nardi as “The Pimp”, Ingrid Gregerson as “The Stripper” and Steve Galayda as “The Gunshot Victim”. As you can see, no one had any fun doing this.
I can see that whoever set up the site definitely did have some fun (I’m betting the entire cast did too). Sure, it all looks cheap, but if handled the proper, self-aware way, could end up being a blast to watch in 3D. I mean, could you really go wrong with a pimp, stripper, and gunshot victim? Now, if this whole “3D thing” is just some sort of ruse, then f*cking forget it! I hope it’s not, though.
