Insomniac Mania got some specifics from Uwe Boll recently concerning SEED, an original project that he has in the works. The flick concerns John Seed, a serial killer who survives his dance with the electric chair. Legally he’s supposed to be let go, but instead is buried alive. You can imagine what happens next.
Like an iconic horror character he returns from the grave! When asked if the character would be masked like Jason or Leatherface, or if his burns would be prominent like Kruger?
Dr Uwe Boll replied, “They put like a sack on his head, but he will be also burned.”
When asked if this film will resemble “The Green Mile” or “Shawshank Redemption”, Dr Boll replied “No. It is a Horror Movie.”
Sounds like a villian with potential. Sure the concept shares some surface similarities with SHOCKER, but we all know that Uwe is a man who makes every project uniquely his own.
