Bristol Gets Lady

Looks like M. Night Shyamalan will stick with Philly as his favored haunting ground for his next flick THE LADY IN THE WATER. The Bristol Pilot reports that the film’s crew is already scouting locations in the area. The flick is about an apartment superintendent who discovers a sea nymph in the building’s swimming pool.

Here’s what the paper had to share:

According to Sharon Pinkenson, executive director of the Greater Philadelphia Film Office, film crews have already been setting up shop in Levittown as part of the pre-production phase and filming will most likely begin in late August.

“[The film crew was] looking for a large, empty facility that had land attached to it and office space so they could set up production there,” Pinkenson said. Out by the old 3M building and the Bristol Industrial Park is the site that “best suited their needs,” she said.

So all you Philly based genre fans keep your ears to the ground for us, eh! And now, in honor of Sea Nymphs everywhere…well, you know what’s coming.
