I’m fairly stoked to tell you all about a spooky Australian import called DAMNED BY DAWN that is looking to be a freaky little twist on the zombie movie. And I believe it involves that ugly friggin’ bitch right up top. Take a gander at the plot and see if you agree:
During a violent thunderstorm, a family is awoken by piercing shrieks which summon the dead to rise again. Their lives explode in a blood-soaked fury as they battle malevolent spirits… whilst fighting to save their soles from eternal torment with… the Banshee.

The flick is coming our way from, get this, The Amazing Krypto Bros which I believe includes Brett Anstey and Luke Gibson. The cast is comprised of Renee Willner, Bridget Neval, Dawn Klingberg, Danny Alder, and Peter Stratford. Right now, DAMNED is currently in negotiations with distributors, but hopefully we’ll be able to catch it soon.
