We’ve been waiting a good long while for Ti West’s CABIN FEVER 2 – well, expecting might be a more appropriate word. It went into production Spring of ’07, and while we’ve seen a few behind-the-scenes pics – like the one above – we’ve heard nary a word about its actual release. Happy to report that changes today, as Fangoria brings us the news that the splatterpiece will make its way to DVD in APRIL of ’09. No specific date is given, so don’t mark down your calendars just yet; hopefully we’ll get confirmation of this soon enough.
Rider Strong and Giuseppe Andrews both return for the flesh-eating fun. They’re joined by Noah Segan, Alexander Isaiah Thomas, and Michael Bowen. For obvious reasons, Cerina Vincent (pictured below) and most of the original cast won’t be in on the fun. And what’s more fun than a bloody prom?!
