I cannot vouch for the below video and its authenticity but it claims to be a bunch of art from Tim Burton’s time developing SUPERMAN LIVES at Warner Bros. The first piece of art seems very clearly Burton’s style (or at least someone mimicking his style) while the next two are more polished studio-style concept art drawings. The final money shot is a pic allegedly showing Nicolas Cage doing one of his costume tests. The hair would seem to matchup with when the test took place (in the late-90s when Cage was filming CON AIR) but again, this could just be a clever Photoshop. That said, if it is real….WHOA. Bullet dodged. Check it out below!
UPDATE – Another video has been posted that has some shots of Burton’s design for Braniac. Or some kind of Braniac/spider hybrid…
