Cara Delevingne rumored to be up for Suicide Squad role

The SUICIDE SQUAD casting rumor bonanza continues today and it's English actress/model/singer Cara Delevingne (ANNA KARENINA) who might be up for a key role in the upcoming movie. Warner Bros. definitely seems to be getting to work if the reports surfacing are to be believed; David Ayer's SUICIDE SQUAD might be looking at Margot Robbie for a role and Will Smith and Tom Hardy are said to be receiving offers. The other shoe to drop is Jesse Eisenberg who is in negotiations with the studio about reprising his Lex Luthor role in the film. So where does that leave Cara Delevingne?

According to Latino Review speculation, Warner Bros. is seriously looking at Delevingne for the villainous female role in the film. The site claims the young actress is also up for a role in PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN: DEAD MEN TELL NO TALES. Her schedule is getting busier these days as she will next be seen in the Amanda Knox-inspired psychological thriller THE FACE OF AN ANGEL, co-starring Kate Beckinsale and Daniel Bruhl, and also has supporting roles in Joe Wright's PAN and LONDON FIELDS.

Which character Delevingne might be up for is what draws the most attention of course; funny enough she posted this image of Harley Quinn, the accomplice and girlfriend to the Joker, on her Instagram a few weeks ago. What a sh*t disturber.

Do you think she has what it takes to take on the villainous role?

SUICIDE SQUAD opens on August 5, 2016.
