You guys are familiar with Adam Wingard’s YOU’RE NEXT, right? It’s that nifty home invasion thriller that’s turning heads wherever it goes. Hell the thing just cleaned up at this year’s Fantastic Fest! Ringing any bells? Of course it is!
Well today we’ve got a juicy YOU’RE NEXT update in the form of a brand new one-sheet, courtesy of the guys over at Phantom City Creative. So what do we have with this new poster? Well if the title of this article doesn’t give it away, I don’t know what will. It’s a blood-smeared mask! Seriously, that’s the entire poster – and it’s pretty awesome! In YOU’RE NEXT, during a family reunion getaway, the Davison family comes under a sadistic attack. When Crispian Davison brings his new girlfriend along to celebrate the wedding anniversary of his parents, the family’s evening together is shattered when a gang of mysterious killers begin to hunt the family down with brutal precision. Unfortunately for the killers however, one of the victims harbors a secret talent for fighting back.
The film stars Sharni Vinson (below), Joe Swanberg, A.J. Bowen, Nicholas Tucci and Barbara Crampton. There’s no telling when YOU’RE NEXT will score a wide release but my guess is very soon if it keeps impressing everywhere it goes.
