Well folks it seems we’ve been on a bit of an After Dark Originals overload lately. Among other recent articles regarding ‘The Originals,’ as I like to call them, we just gave you all an exclusive look at the first trailer for Originals entry FERTILE GROUND. And here we are again with news on yet another of The Originals’ entries!
This time we’re talking about Brett Simmons’ HUSK, that killer scarecrow flick that’s looking all kinds of awesome! You see we just got our hands on the latest one-sheet for the flick, which sports a groovy looking crow and a gnarly arm. A hint of that shite is above but you’ll want to scroll down below for a look at the whole poster!
When a murder of crows smash into the windshield causing their car to crash, a group of young friends, inside, are forced to abandon the vehicle. Stranded beside a desolate cornfield, they see a light on in a window and decide to go in search of help. They head into the fields but instead of finding sanctuary they discover something evil and unnatural lurking in the corn.
The scarecrow slasher stars Devon Graye, Wes Chatham, C.J. Thomason, Tammin Sursok (below), and Ben Easter. HUSK is set to hit theaters on January 28th with FERTILE GROUND, SECONDS APART, RE-KILL, THE TASK and PROWL before the bunch hit DVD on March 28th.
