Some folks have been dragging their feet when it comes to checking out the source material for all the asian horror remakes that have inundated these shores. It’s understandable with the general hustle and bustle of daily life, mixed with those annoying subtitles. I mean, who wants to go to the movies to read!
Seriously, though, there’s a reason that all these flicks are getting a redo and it’s because the originals are outstanding. One of the best of the bunch is PULSE, currently getting a US makeover, but coming to these shores in the original version soon. It’s well worth catching this puppy on the big screen if your area is offered the chance.
