So yeah, there are a lot of INTERSTELLAR posters popping up lately. The last week has seen three new one-sheets for the Chris Nolan-directed sci-fi epic appear (check them out HERE), and now we wrap up the week with one more. Obviously, Paramount is revving up the hype machine right now, and there will probably be no letting up until the film comes out in November.
The new poster sees three astronauts, let by Matthew McConaughey, as they explore an ocean (?) of some strange planet. Whether or not this place is the same as the one where McConaughey trudged along an icy terrain remains to be seen, but obviously these folks are boldly going to some intriguing locals.
INTERSTELLAR follows the adventures of a group of explorers who make use of a newly discovered wormhole to surpass the limitations on human space travel and conquer the vast distances involved in an interstellar voyage.
The film, also starring Anne Hathaway, Jessica Chastain, Ellen Burstyn, David Oyelowo, John Lithgow, Michael Caine, Casey Affleck, Wes Bentley, Bill Irwin, Mackenzie Foy, Topher Grace, David Gyasi and Matt Damon, opens November 7th.
