Cold Cl.One

We got word of some very cool happenings today over at iFilm.com that everyone should take a gander at. We get the awesomely phat trailer for the upcoming video game COLD FEAR, and the trailer for a little independant flick called CL.ONE.



If you own Playstation 2, XBOX, or into PC Gaming, then definitley keep your eye out for this one! COLD FEAR looks like a cross between DEEP RISING, ALIENS, INVASION OF THE BODY SNATCHERS and RESIDENT EVIL all wrapped up into one chewey morsel. You can see what I’m talkin’ about by clickin’ HERE.


Basically, there are aliens on a Coast Gaurd ship in the middle of the Artic Ocean (hence COLD) and not only do they pop out your chest and kill you, the jump in your mouth and take over your body PUPPETMASTERS style. Hmmmm…zombies and aliens….hmmmmm….


It looks like some great gaming action, and if played alone in the middle of the night, could end up scaring the bejesus out of you! COLD FEAR hits stores this spring, and is rated M for Mature (yes!). You can check out the game’s Official Website by clicking HERE for more info.

While we’re here at iFilm we should also check out the trailer for CL.ONE, a low budget sci-fi flick (only cost $25,000 to make!) that was supposedly made in the young director’s basement (the guy’s only 23!). You can catch this bad boy by clickin’ HERE.

Some ok effects, considering the budget, and very 1984/ FAHRENHEIT 451/ EQUILIBRIUM-esque. I’m a fan of government-out-to-get-you movies, and this one looks like it’d be a fun ride.
