Uncork'd Entertainment has set a June 4th DVD and Digital release for director Juan Frausto's supernatural horror film THE POSSESSION DIARIES.
Starring Katherine Munroe, this one tells the following story:
Playing with a Ouija board is dangerous, and college student Rebecca Clarkson is now documenting the proof, as day by day a demon takes possession of her while a webcam audience watch the horrific event.
Munroe is joined in the cast by James Russo, Johnny Ortiz, Noel Gugliemi, Monica Engesser, Delilah Cotto, and THE EXORCIST's Eileen Dietz.
The title and synopsis had me concerned that this was going to be a found footage movie, but thankfully that isn't the case. As the trailer below shows, we're not just going to be seeing the events through the girl's webcam. I still can't say I'm hyped for THE POSSESSION DIARIES, but at least it's not found footage, so there's a better chance I'll enjoy it than there would be otherwise.
