Just a few days ago the internet was buzzing with the rumor that a Victoria’s Secret model with ZERO acting experience would be replacing Megan Fox in TRANSFORMERS 3 (really a lateral move when it comes to the acting thing). Well, it’s no longer a rumor – it be a fact, y’all! Rosie Huntington-Whiteley is indeed the new love interest for that turd Sam Witwicky in Michael Bay’s newest head-splitter, reports Deadline.com.
Here’s how the news broke: The other actresses on the short-list have been informed that the female lead will go to Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, so unless things fall apart at the negotiating table, she’s the new Transformers 3 gal.
The other chicks in the running included models Brooklyn Decker and Sarah Wright. Bay obviously doesn’t give two jackshits about the character’s ability to emote; as long as they can look just as hot and stare just as dumbly as Ms. Fox did, it’s lookin’ all good…
TRANSFORMERS 3 has a JULY 1, 2011 release date set.
