This would now be the third of the popular year-end film montages we’ve seen so far this month (check out the first
HERE and the second
HERE). I enjoyed the first more than the second (saying that as big fan of Matt Shapiro’s editing work), but I feel this latest collection by editor Kees van Dijkhuizen might actually be the best montage yet. It seems to feature a better collection of the year’s movies, a visually clearer and more coherent display of said movies, and a strong, impressionable use of film dialogue. I like it. It’s good stuff. What do you think?
