The action packed comic series
THE COURIERS
will be (hopefully) hitting the screens soon now that the
rights have been picked up by Rogue Pictures and Intrepid Pictures.

The Hollywood Reporter announced
today

here
that the series which was penned by Brian
Wood and illustrated by Rob G, will be written for the screen by LOST
writer Javier Grillo-Marxuach.

The series, which follows
characters Moustafa and Special who originated in Wood’s other comic series
COUSCOUS EXPRESS,
is about a couple of
mercenaries who will take the jobs that nobody else wants. (Things like
assassinations, blockade running, intelligence, etc.)

The series has been praised for it’s
anime like style and rich creamy action. No casting or director attached yet,
but to find out more about THE COURIERS trade’s, you can click
