Producer Julie Bain on the ban: “It is a bit ludicrous. This is fiction, not a documentary. Thankfully, the train companies aren’t as squeamish as the Tube. But the Underground have posters for horror films all the time. The thinking was because it had a bloody hand, people looking at it would be worried. The funny thing is that they were very, very helpful about the filming which lasted about three weeks.”
Hey, at least they got the film off the ground before going back in their shell. And it’s comforting to know, even in amongst all the f*cked up shite that goes on in today’s world, a little horror flick can still shock people.
