Judging by the new trailer for Tony Sawnsey’s SQUEAL, his directorial debut about a pen of genetically altered pig-humans inflicting all kinds of unspeakable foulness, I’m surprised this is only the second article we’ve written about the flick in over two years. When band members are stranded on a country road, excitement of their first tour is diminished by the horrors of a science experiment gone awry. Their pig-human hybrid mutant captors have many horrors in store but true revulsion does not descend until daylight when the extent of their work is revealed.
Redneck science? Pig-human mutant captors? Need I say more?!?
Despite being produced back in 2008, SQUEAL looks to finally get a legit DVD release from E1 Entertainment on August 27th, 2010.
