DARK WOODS is about
a couple who moves to a
secluded cabin in the woods to cope with the wife’s terminal illness. As her
condition drags her deeper into dementia, the husband’s friendship with a local
teenage girl takes a dangerous and obsessive turn. Basically my Wednesdays minus the terminal disease.
The film stars Fangoria
Chainsaw award winner TRACY COOGAN (who was also associate producer on the film
) and fan favorite JAMES RUSSO. It was written by John Muscanero, and is based on
true events (what isn’t now of late). More news on this bad boy when it hits us
over the head like a ton of hookers.
