Some chicks are hot, and then there’s Rosario Dawson, who rocked our worlds in . Now she’s gearing up to do the same thing once again with a starring role in Quentin Tarantino’s section of GRIND HOUSE, known as DEATH PROOF.
scored a sweet interview with Dawson in which she talks about working on HOUSE, as well as some fun stuff on SIN CITY 2! Bring it on! First up: what’s going on wtih HOUSE?
It’s “an old-school ’70s kind of film. It’s a gearhead thing. We’re going to start shooting that in August with (actress) Tracie Thoms from RENT.”
Good shite. I’m a fan of the old school, and pretty much everything about this project sounds like a winner. Though what she had to say was nothing to really cream over, she did have a few tasty tidbits to drop about the CITY sequel:
“The one they’re doing this time is A DAME TO KILL FOR… I’m very lucky—or not lucky, I guess—because Frank really liked drawing that outfit on Gail. She happens to be in all his books.”
She’s lucky and so are the rest of us. Miller may like drawing those outfits, but I for one am ejoying the hell outta lookin’ at them!
