What do you get when you combine Ethan Hawke, Sam Nei, Willem Dafoe, and vampires? You get the awesome sounding DAYBREAKERS, the new film from the Spierig Bros. (who last gave us the fun filled gore flick UNDEAD). We’ve been hearing lots about this flick over the last few months, and today… we finally have a peak at what’s in store.
Mostly featuring Hawke (with a glimpse of Neil), the new pics are cool, but there’s no vampire action to be seen here… which is just as well, I suppose, as they have to keep some things a surprise – so sense of blowing their load too early, right?
AICN scored these exclusive new pics, as well as an interesting interview with the Spierig Bros. themselves, in which they talk about all sorts of things, including: the photos you see are people who have had an adequate supply of blood. There are some people in this world who look far worse, but obviously that’s stuff that we are going to release just yet….
I knew there were better pics to come! Interesting to know now though that most of those in the pics are actually vampires… healthy vampires. Wow, I think this flick just got a little more interesting…
