Dead Shack starring Lauren Holly gets a sweet neon-splattered poster

DEAD SHACK is a flick that has grabbed my interest over the last few weeks for no other reason that it is set to be included in the top two film festivals we've been covering recently, Fantasia and Popcorn Frights. If the film could be welcomed with open arms at not one, but BOTH, of those top film fests, then I think it's time to take proper notice of the film.

With that in mind, today we bring you the new poster for the film. It is colorful as sh*t and I can only hope the film manages the kind of fun vibe this poster is putting out in spades. We'll have to wait and see about that, but until then you can peep the poster below right now!

What do you think of what you've heard/seen from DEAD SHACK so far? Do you plan to catch a screening at either Fantasia or Popcorn Frights? Let us know on Facebook, Twitter, and/or Instagram!

DEAD SHACK synopsis:

A group of teens on a weekend getaway at a secluded cabin in the woods soon find themselves fighting off a serious threat to their lives. Not only that they must save their hard-partying, drunk and stoned parents from a predatory neighbor who is hellbent on feeding them all to her undead family.

DEAD SHACK is directed by Peter Ricq from a script by Ricq, Phil Ivanusic, and Davila LeBlanc. The film stars Valerie Tian, Donavon Stinson, Lizzie Boys, June B. Wilde, and Lauren Holly.

DEAD SHACK will screen at the Fantasia Film Festival in Montreal July 13-August 2. and then hold its US Premiere at the Popcorn Frights Film Festival in Miami, Fl. August 11-17th.
