Oh Lance Henriksen, will you ever stop making low
budget horror films? Because if you do, I don’t want to live anymore!
You heard right folks, Henriksen is back and this
time he’s on some sort of haunted ship or something. I’m not entirely sure
because I was too busy trying to figure out why he hasn’t aged since the
eighties. (Maybe he’s related to Dick Clark and Bob Barker. Or maybe all three
are the same person!)
Anyways, as I was saying. Lance Henriksen will
soon be gracing the screens again, I’m guessing right to your DVD screen and not
the silver one, in a new horror film. This one’s called DEADWATER and is
about a WW2-era battleship, reactivated and deployed in
the Persian Gulf for black-op interrogations. Except when the radio falls
silent, an elite Marine task force, along with an NCIS investigator and two
scientists, are sent to apprehend the terrorists…only to find a more devious
enemy.
There’s a teaser trailer for the film online
which can be seen
here, but it doesn’t contain a whole lot.
Mostly it’s just some picture-esque footage of a boat. However the intent is
there, which is what matters. The site also contains a second still like the one
seen above. Whatever the case may be with this film, one things for sure. Lance
Henriksen can kick your ass. So go watch the trailer or else I’m telling.
