So you’ve been dating your girlfriend for like 8 years, and all she wants you to do is to grow a pair of balls, propose to her and commit already, and all you want to do is run away to the nearest strip joint and blow your last paycheck on lap dances and watered down drinks. To keep her off your tail for a little while longer, pick this beast up, as it’s about a cursed ring that bounces through an ensemble of desperate-to-be married young women, bringing brutal deaths to all who wear it. When the credits roll, she’ll be begging you not to propose!
The Goods:
NOSFERATU – THE ULTIMATE 2 DISC EDITION – November 20th
Arguably the first horror film ever made, NOSFERATU is hitting the DVD universe with a 2 disc set that’s sure to excite even it’s biggest fans. I watched a library copy of this once, and let me tell you: it is scary. Not in the way we know now, but somehow it’s far creepier and all around more bizarre than anything I’ve seen since. Considering it’s still shocking folks, it’s easy to say that NOSFERATU is the ultimate horror classic.

I KNOW WHO KILLED ME – November 27th
For a stripper, Lindsay Lohan is sure wearing a lot of clothes in this flick. Not that I’ve seen this piece of crap, but as she doesn’t get fully nude, that’s wearing too much (cause she’s a stripper, see?). I guess the one thing that may break you down and pick this f*cker up is the extended dance sequence, which is really the only reason why I would watch this damn movie in the first place. But then again, as she doesn’t show off her ta-ta’s, what’s the point? Oh yeah… there is none.

MOH: DREAM CRUISE – November 13th
From Norio Tsuruta, director of RINGU O comes this latest installment of the MASTERS OF HORROR series, now in full effect with it’s second season hitting DVD. Never saw this episode, but if it’s on a cruise ship, that’s scary enough. I mean, if there’s a psycho like this guy on board, where can you go? You’re on a boat! Given, it’s the size of a small village in Ireland, but still… you’re stuck! If it’s anything like RINGU O, I think we’ll be pleasantly surprised with this entry. Anyone out there seen it?

IN THE SPIDER’S WEB –November 6th – Because giant spiders and Lance Henriksen spells absolute terror in my book!
DRACULUA: 4 FILM FAVORITES –November 6th – Because a quad of classically ‘bad’ Dracula movies (for one low price) sounds like a barrel of laughs and then some.
CREATURE FROM THE HILLBILLY LAGOON –November 13th – Because taking shots at rednecks (and in this case, deadnecks) never gets old!
